Hello! I'm Buzzy The Bee and this is my first blog on the web. I'll never forget the day I met my pal A.J. on February 18th in 2013. That was the first time I went to Lawrence for 3 years. For instance, one time I went to Cordley Elementary School and A.J. and I met Mrs. Rettig and guess what, I did my first show here in Rettig's class. The kids were so surprised to see me.
The kids loved it and so do I. I also got the chance to do the freeze dance with the class. It was a lot of fun. Greg & Steve are one of my favorite duos in music.
Then, I got to tell a poem to everyone. Boy, I love poetry. I had a great time at Cordley entertaining kids because my favorite part of that is that everyone's learning new stuff for school.
Okay, enough of that for now.
One day when A.J. and I were walking around KU in the cold all bundled up, I got into the Watson Library and looked up ukulele music on YouTube. And I gotta tell you, it's kind of different when I hear that kind of music. When I got back to the house, I was really cold when we walk all the way home, but it was such a great day to be here. That spring, when I was inside my hive, I came of with this idea of a flavor of soda called honey nut soda. Honey flavored soda is just a thought for a name of soda but I just made one up to impress people in town. Oh well, back to the drawing board. Tomorrow's time to relax at Coligne Beach at Hilton Head Island. I'm sunbathing at the beach for an hour and then I'm gonna go shopping for some magnets for my refrigerator. One of my favorite rockabilly bands is B. Bumble And The Stingers. The band is famous for their hit song, Bumble Boogie. Boy, I love this song. This gets me pumped up. If I were to write a book about it, it would be nice to know a lot about what this dance looked like. Smile for the camera! Because I've got black & yellow stripes on me. That's why I'm the bee that you know.
I believe that's all for now. Check back later for pictures of me and A.J. Gotta fly!
